Artwork Charges

Set up chargers are $40.00 per color if art is separated and camera ready. Camera ready artwork - must be color separated, high resolution and require no further preparation. PC format is preferred as well as Adobe Illustrator EPS file. Please note: Letterhead, Faxes and Business Forms are not camera ready artwork.

Plate or Screen Charge $50.00 each Artwork charges are billed at $50.00 per hour.

Over/Under-runs

Over/Under-runs: We reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Billing will be done accordingly.

Packaging

All products are shipped unassembled. Packing quantities are subject to change.

Payment Terms

New Customers - Visa or Master Card or COD Net 30 day terms may be established with credit approval.

Pre-payment is required until a completed credit application is received and approved. Customer's account must be current before orders are processed. All accounts 30 days past due will have a 1.5% per month late fee added to the balance due. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

Pricing & Colors

Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Custom colors are available. (Additional charge and minimum quantity apply.) Samples are available upon request. (Fee applies for freight if requesting 2nd day or overnight.)

Returns

All damaged product or shortages must be made within 30 days - No Exceptions. You must first notify us of any returns or claims. Do not return product to factory without written or verbal approval.

Shipping

Our standard method of shipping is UPS. You may schedule your own LTL freight Collect - please contact us with information.

Same day shipping on most stock items. Approximate delivery time on non-stock items is 1 to 2 weeks. Approximate delivery time on custom print items is 1 to 3 weeks. FOB Odessa, FL
